Bring a friend and come get your sweat on with fitness instructor Stephanie Perry at the Community hall on Tuesdays and Fridays. Bring a water bottle, exercise mat and indoor shoes, get here a bit early to grab all your equipment, and be ready to get moving at 9:15 SHARP!
