    LAURIER HEIGHTS PLAYGROUP

    Playgroup is on Thursdays from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM in the Helen Richards Heritage Hall. Come Play with Us!

    Meets every Monday and Thursday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM in the Helen Richards Heritage Hall

    This is a volunteer-led initiative for the whole community. Help plant, weed, pick & enjoy the bounty!

    Join Hong Yan Powell for a 10 week Breathing for Health Program

    YOGA Classes

    Yoga is offered at the hall on Wednesday mornings and Thursday evenings.

    Boot Camp Fitness

    Come and work out with friends at this weekly fitness class on Tuesday & Friday mornings from 9:15-10:15 AM .

    TAI CHI

    Tai Chi is offered year round (inside and outside, depending on the weather) on Tuesday afternoons

    LAURIER HEIGHTS PICKLEBALL

    Pickleball season runs late April to October (and sometimes November for the hardcore fans).

    TENNIS

    The LHCL Tennis Courts are open to all community league members.

    COMMUNITY SOCCER

    Outdoor Soccer Season Runs May 1 to the end of June. Indoor season runs mid-October to mid-February.

    ALL AGES KARATE

    All ages karate is run by AKF Karate on
    Monday evenings at the community hall.

    EMBERS (Girl Guides)

    Embers is run by the Girl Guides of Canada at the Laurier hall. More info can be found at the link below.
