Wednesday mornings with Sandy Mah

9:30-10:30 am at the Community Hall 

Recovery, reflect, refresh, relax, reinvigorate. Mindful movement, breather mechanics, MFR (Myofascial release). Sandy has been a yoga instructor since 2009. Meet her and other community members for the opportunity to live the life you deserve. Her program adapts to the needs of the participants.

Thursday evenings with Karina Ryan Kane

6:30-7:30pm at the Community Hall

Hatha flow is a dynamic practice where we flow from one posture to another guided by the rhythm of
your breath. Each week will be an intentional practice with a focus on your breath, safe physical
alignment, mindfulness and balance. The practice aims to promote the release of tension, increase
strength, flexibility, and a sense of wholeness in the body.
